The first thing I noticed when I opened up the
first video was the stunning production quality.
He used Camtasia Studio for the production, which
is now the industry standard for creating
high-quality screen capture video products. The
audio is near studio quality, and the graphics
are very professional. These videos were made by
someone who KNOWS what he's doing. Well done!

I also liked how Michael divided the videos up by
section, and then again by sub-section. For
example, one video is all about the subject line,
and then there are different parts of that video
that each cover a certain area of crafting a
killer subject line.

VIDEO 1 - INTRODUCTION

This video served as an introduction to the whole
course. You get to see a picture of Michael in
his every day life, and he establishes his
credibility right up front by talking about some
of his massive successes online. He even provides
proof of credibility by displaying two checks in
the amount of $50,000 and $25,000 which prove
that, when it comes to the subject of making
money with email promos, he knows his stuff.

This is a good lesson for anyone to get. Whenever
you're teaching people how to do something, it's
good to establish your credibility up front, so
that there's no doubt about whether or not you're
qualified to talk about the subject. Most product
developers either skip or minimize this step.

VIDEO 2 - BEFORE YOU WRITE THE PROMO

This video talks about some things that no other
marketer has bothered to mention. You'll learn
things like:

* The mindset you need in order to write a killer
promo

* The different tools you need before you get
started

* How to keep your emails laser-focused

* How to create an outline that practically
writes the email for you.

This was a fantastic video, and did a good job of
kicking things off.

I liked this video, because it talked about one
of MY biggest weaknesses when it comes to writing
email promos... the subject line. The subject
line is a confusing topic, because nobody's 100%
sure what the best tactics are.

I was surprised to find that I was making some of

This is one of the "meatiest" portions of the

I loved this video, because it showed me some
mistakes that I was making that I wasn't even
aware of. Unless you're a seasoned pro, you're
probably guilty of some of the things that
Michael talks about in this video as well, and
that's why it's so valuable. I've shaved years
off my learning curve, because now I can avoid
some of the costly mistakes that I was bound to
make in the learning process.

VIDEO 9 - HOW TO CREATE FOLLOW-UP EMAIL PROMOTIONS

This video alone is going to make me a lot of
money. Why? Because I used to only send out one
email promo for each affiliate promotion I was
doing. Michael showed me in this video how
important it is to send a follow-up promotion,
and he showed me exactly how to do it. He covered
things like:

* The psychology of follow-up email promo's.

* The 2 main types of follow-up promos that make
the most money.

* How to overcome readers' objections in your
follow up emails.

* The 2 most common mistakes people make when
writing follow-ups and how to avoid them.

VIDEO 10 - HOW TO WRITE BACK END EMAIL PROMOTIONS

Every marketing guru out there says that the REAL
money is on the back end. I'd have to agree with
them, but the problem is... most people have no

bored hearing about the same old products over

how to create killer affiliate promos. Michael
reveals things like:

regular promos (and why ignoring this huge secret

I have talked about some things you need to have in order to start the Internet business, so now I have to talk about some things you need to know.

Like I said, as early as in L3, you do not need to be a computer expert adn an Internet marketer, but you do need some basic skills…

1) the use of computers; it started off, and so on.
2) mouse skills: left-click, right-click, double-click
3) using the Windows operating system you have
4) navigating your computer
5) work with Windows: open, close, minimize, maximize, size, mobile
6) and more with a number of procedures / open the window

9) to name and rename the file
10) "drag and drop"
11) copy and move files / folders
12) compression and decompression document
13) the installation of a software program

P8> Things needed to start an internet business

I have talked about, whether you are the right kind of internet business, and whether it has the right kind of business for you. Therefore, today I have to talk about what kind of resources you need if you want to start an Internet business.

It is so simple, one Internet connection and desire to succeed?

Major Points:

You need…

1) Computer

-- No need to be the latest and greatest
-- Can 't be a total of dinosaur
-- Recommended in Windows XP or later
-- Consider a laptop computer
-- Spent $200 - $1 000 to reach the desktop, $4 00 - $ 1 5 00 for a laptop computer

A few places to purchase computers:
Amazon (a good place to compare prices and find specials)
Buy.com (I have bought a lot of things, including a backup hard drive)
HP shopping (for example, I bought my computer and my laptop)

2) Internet connection (broadband recommended). If you live in a region not to provide the
main service provider, you may want to look at satellite broadband.

3) Anti-virus program. I use the average; their site is www.grisoft.com.

4) E-mail (free options). For example: http://mail.google.com/mail/signup

5) Zip program (free options). This is a very good free: www.7 - zip.org

6) Productivity software (available free option). This is a very good free option:
www.openoffice.org

7) Start-up funds (highly recommended). I suggest that at least $200.

8) Credit card (highly recommended). If you're afraid you will abuse it, you may need to
consider a prepaid VISA credit card.

9) PayPal account (strongly recommended). You can now get a free account at PayPal.
If you live in a country, PayPal does not allow, please read the inspiration for this article.

10) Phone (optional). If you have broadband, you may want to consider for your
Skype's phone service.

There are several other things you will need which will be specifically included in the upcoming lessons, so don't worry about them for now.

Action steps:

1) Read through the list, and make sure you have all is essential. It ss strongly recommended that do the best you can to get them. For the optional ones, do some research and decide whether it is your needs.

So now we turn to what kind of business I will show you how to build.

P6> Self Employed or Business Owner?

In the next post, I will be more specific what is the kind of business we are goomg to establis, but first we need to get past a fork in the road.

You've decide to make money on the Internet, there are now two paths set before us.

Major Points:

# Self-employment and business ownership. Over the years I do not understand the difference. This will be beneficial for you to understand it before, at the beginning of this business risk.
# Cash flow quadrant Robert Kiyosaki: employees, self-employed, business owners, investors
# Each of these four quadrants to make money in different ways.
# Employees…… you receive a reward of your time. Your transaction time for the U.S. dollar. You work for others in return they give you a cheque.
# Self-employed persons for their work. Like employees, they often trade their hours for the U.S. dollar. Or, perhaps they charge or the work of the commission. There are many examples of self-employment, such as construction contractors, consultants, real estate agents, even doctors in many cases. They do not work for others, but their income is mainly dependent on their own to do.
# Business owners use the leverage to make money. The most common, they employ people and leverage other people's time. In this way, business owner does not do the work, they can scale their business larger. The benefits are, as a business owner, rather than self-employed generally more freedom, and ultimately more wealth.
# Investors of their money to do this work. They have their money to work to make more money.
# Myth: you do not make enough money. Fact: You need a better investor.
# Investor’s let their money do the work. They put their money to work making more money.
# If your goal is to never work, then you need to end the best in the business owners quadrant, rather than self-employed quadrant.
# Almost any self-employment situation, can become the owner of the business, if you know how.
# Business model, I will teach you is really a combination of self-employment and business owners quadrant. And to achieve it if you want to completely leave the self-employed quadrant and hire people to do the work, I will teach you what to do.

Action steps:

1) If you have not read the cash flow quadrant, and read it. You can pick the most likely at your local library for free, otherwise you can pick a copy of it here on Amazon.

2) determine which quadrant(s) you are currently in, which one(s) you want to be in.

There are no right or wrong answer, because it's the real problem, personal preferences for how you want to spend your time and how you want to make money.

P5> How to Avoid Traps

In the previous post, we talked about many different ways to make money on internet. If you go out looking for those opportunities to make money, you will find that there are thousands of them.

The question now is how to isolate the real chance to fraud? Because we all know the Internet is full of traps, right ? So, let talk about…

Major Points:

I believe that most of the opportunities are not fraud. But just because it is not illegal, this does not mean that the things you want to enter.

There are many swindlers, though. There is no limit to how far a cheater will be to consider your money. So you need to be in your vigilance.

If it sounds good to be true, it often yes.

Be an educated consumer. (to start at the Fair Trade Commission)

Do not buy any business opportunities. (Unless you honestly know what you are doing)

Action steps:

1) If you are familiar with the scam, do not let your guard against.

2) If you do not know that the most common Internet scams, do some research and become a consumer education

3) to leave your wallet

As soon as possible time to choose a business model and focus on it, but we will be able to do this, we need to talk about two different ways… only you can decide which one is best for you. We will talk about these two channels in the next post.

One of the problems is that there are thousands of ways to make money on the Internet.

# Thousands of ways to make money online.
# My way is not the only way.
# According to a blueprint is great, but I also hope that you can create your own blueprint.

# Avoid "bright shiny object" and focus on the opportunities in a time.

P3> Is an internet business suitable for me?

Unlike many of the marketing network teachers, I do not intend to tell you that anyone can run a successful internet business.

The fact is, it needs hard work to build a business and have a certain capacity to increase your chances of success.

Major Points:
# Start-up costs for the internet business is a huge variables, including the development from zero to millions. The good news is that it can be very cheap: less than 100 U.S. dollars
# More time devoted into it can be better, but do not let a lack of time to stop you. If you can only put a small amount of time in the first, it's fine.
# Stop buying things! You do not need it. (Unless you really know what you are doing)
# Stay aloof from the debt! It is not necessary to use the debt to start this business.
# You must be willing to become a marketer. If you do not have any marketing experience, at least:

a) you must have to be Okay with Marketing
b) you need to learn it on the road ahead
# The same thing for the technical capacity. You do not need to be a computer expert

Action steps:
1) Now, you need to do is to undertake the following.

a) I am willing to become a marketer
b) I would like the computers and the Internet
c) I am willing and able to learn (and I know it will take work)

Need some time and be honest with yourselves. If you have confidence in these three things, then I say you have to meet the basic requirements to launch an internet business, you're ready to go any further to achieve more. I’ll explore several different types of internet businesses in next issue.

Contrary to what some of the so-called guru’s may say, having an internet business is not for everyone. But in order to judge whether it’s suitable for you, we first must define what an internet business is and what it isn’t.

My personal definition is that it’s a business which is conducted primarily on the internet.

There may be risk involved, but it’s all about how you perceive it.

If you’re afraid to start a business, then you need to either…

A website is NOT an internet business.

It’s not a job.

a) get over your fear

b) decide to be happy with your job, and forget about starting a business

Do I want to run my own business?

I have a lot of personal experience and success in online business, which qualifies me to share with you what I know.

I have been dabbling on the Internet for a good number of years now, more often through trial and error.

There are numerous ways to make money on the Internet, but those that are SUSTAINABLE AND REWARDING usually takes quite a fair bit of time and effort. Affiliate marketing is one of the more appealing ways.

For someone new, affiliate marketing offers the easiest way to start. You don’t need your own product, you don’t need a website (although it’s good to have one), you don’t have to worry about customer support, you don’t need to set up payment channels etc.

But why are some people wildly successful at it, while the vast majority just become casualties?

They make costly mistakes - just like I did when I started out. I’m listing down 7 mistakes that I once was a victim, in the hope that you will not repeat them.

7 MISTAKES IN AFFILIATE MARKETING THAT YOU MUST AVOID

1. Thinking that affiliate marketing (or Internet marketing in general) is a piece of cake. The
truth is that it takes time, effort and a little money to see substantial results.

2. Not doing the RIGHT kind of research before deciding on a market.

3. Taking too much time analyzing or “learning” and not taking CONSISTENT action.

4. Spending too much time or money on the WRONG kind of promotion.

5. Not tracking or monitoring the results of the promotion techniques, resulting in wasted effort and cost overuns.

6. Moving from one project to another in quick succession without giving it a chance to see results.

7. Giving up too quickly, and concluding that everything online is a SCAM (especially if you get the wrong kind of advice).

The above seems much like common sense, but they are real reasons why so many aspiring marketers fail to even make a dollar online despite spending thousands of dollars.

The truth is, most people do not know where to start looking for good advice.

Keep it easy and simple to avoid Hype

Today, I want to share with you some important truths that are essential to your internet success (and possibly to your mental well-being!).

Don't go chasing every internet marketing rabbit trail.

The internet is literally so big, and there are so many marketers trying to make a quick buck from YOU, that you could spend ALL day every day just chasing illusions of internet riches.

If you only chase after those hyped up illusions every day, then you will NEVER find what you're looking for.

There does come a point where you have to take a small leap of faith and "try" something. In other words, you will have to do some work.

The problem is, whose method should you try? After all, your time is valuable and you don't want to waste it on a scam.

The best advice I can give you is to find someone who has done it already, and do what they do. I'm not talking about someone who "says" they know some secret method. I'm talking about someone who IS making money.

That person could be me, or it could be another internet marketer that you've grown to trust. The bottom line is, there's just too much crap out there for anyone to find the right way on their own. It took me years to find the right way, and today there's exponentially more hype and junk on the internet then when I started.

If I had to do it all over again today, starting with zero knowledge, I'd be totally lost.

The Paradox

Here's a contradiction that you will need to learn to balance:

1) Don't put all your eggs in one basket.
2) Don't spread yourself too thin.

You need to balance those two efforts. Whenever I become too lopsided in one of those areas, my íncome starts to decline.

On the one hand, you don't want to put all your eggs in one basket. That's the whole concept of multiple streams of íncome. Those multiple streams are especially important on the internet because rapidly changing technology could cause one opportunity to disappear, and if that happens you need other streams to fall back on.

On the other hand, whenever I start spreading myself too thin, it hurts my business. It's just not possible to pursue EVERY opportunity that comes your way. It's better to do a few things very well, than to do many things half-arsed.

So here's what to do: choose ONE opportunity to start with. If it works well, then continue to develop it to the point of excellence and then start on another opportunity (a second stream of íncome). If the initial opportunity is a failure, then drop it and go on to a new one.

Don't waste your time on programs that don't work for you. What works for me might not work for you, and there are so many opportunities out there that there's no need for you to waste your time on the ones that aren't working for you.

I hope that this advice will put you into the right frame of mind. I believe you'll gain a valuable perspective on internet marketing, and you'll be alerted to hot new trends as I see them.

How I Made Money On Vacation

As I mentioned in the last message, today I'll be revealing one of the methods I used to generate income while on vacation.

It's called affiliate marketing.

There are many methods and variations of affiliate marketing, but basically it's promoting other people's products and services and getting paid for it.

Most people are amazed to learn just how much of the internet is driven by this type of marketing. Almost anytime you click on a link or a banner that is advertising a product or service, there is affiliate marketing involved.

Here's how it works.........................

I join with an individual or company who is selling something...let's say they're selling an ebook. By joining with them, I become their "affiliate". I receive a link to send visitors to my partner's website. The link has my affiliate ID in it.

When someone clicks the link and buys the ebook, I get credit for it because my ID was in the link. Perhaps the ebooks sells for $30 and the commission is 50%. The affiliate program tracks my commissions, and pays me automatically on a regular basis.

There are ways of marketing your links so that they bring you commissions over and over again. While on vacation, I had hundreds of links that people clicked on which resulted in hundreds of dollars of commission each day, sometimes even in thousands of dollars a day . There is no support involved for me, and I don't even have to check my email.

Now maybe you're new to all this... Perhaps you don't know the difference between a link and a click, and you don't have the first idea of how to get started in this business.
